Poles are the second largest ethnic group in Michigan: they are a significant part of the history of Detroit. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, Michigan is home to the third largest Polish population after New York and Illinois. The current population of Michigan’s Polish Americans is concentrated in Macomb County. Sterling Heights has become one of the centers of Polonia in Michigan since they migrated from Hamtramck & Detroit.
The American Polish Festival & Craft Show draws thousands of friends and families from all around Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois … and Canada, too!
Our spirited festival features live music, dancing. authentic food & beverages and many different craft vendors.
Highlighting our Festival are the biggest names in Polka music, along with finest Polish Dance Ensembles in Michigan.
The American-Polish Festival will features the BEST dancing and listening music:
- Friday evening: Polkas & Pop, Rock & Roll
- Saturday afternoon: Polkas
- Saturday evening: Polkas & Oldies
- Sunday afternoon: Polkas & variety

There will be a Polka Mass on Sunday at 11:00 am inside of the building.
Stroll our Outdoor Craft Show featuring over 50 different crafters displaying their fine works.
Free parking and convenient free shuttles are available.
Admission to the festival is only $10 … $5 discount coupons are available online HERE for early birds and all day Sunday.
